Versioning and deprecation

The current partner surface is v1. Additive fields and new endpoints may appear without a new version; clients must ignore unknown response fields and catalogue metrics.

A deprecated route emits RFC 9745 Deprecation, RFC 8594 Sunset, and Link relations for the successor and migration guide. Gen318 provides at least six months between deprecation and sunset. A sunset date is the last supported date, not a suggestion to begin migration.
